目前於材料表面製備奈米圖案的技術已經相當成熟,其不僅可擁有複雜的物理與化學特性,更具備區域化改質的能力。為了製備表面之奈米結構,本研究引入電誘導選擇性氣相沉積技術,在不需要複雜的光刻或印刷技術的情況下,製程首先使用膠體微影技術創造出一系列有序的圖案化導電結構於材料表面,進而使基板擁有在特定區域導通電流的能力。
